Pace Pest Control Annual Service Plans
All plans cover the following pest: Ants, Cockroaches, Scorpions,
Crickets, Silverfish, Millipedes, Centipedes, Sow Bugs, Box Elder
Bugs, and House Spiders.
Note: (German Roaches are always treated on a monthly plan.)
Choose the plan that you are most
comfortable with.
• Quarterly Perimeter Services provides effective control of
most common pest that enters your home or business. An inside and
outside treatment will be done on the initial service, then outside
treatments thereafter unless an inside service is requested at no
additional cost to the customer. Our Service Technician will contact
you and/or leave a message in time for you to change the appointment
if not convenient, prior to the quarterly service. For a lot of our
customers this is most convenient, hassle free plan.
• Quarterly Inside and Outside Service Plan is the same as
our Perimeter plan except we also service the interior using
odorless products and baits. Key areas we treat are behind
appliances, in wall voids where plumbing pipes enter, around window
seals and the attic if there is a pull down stair.
• Monthly Inside or Outside Service Plan is best for
commercial accounts where inventory is being brought in on a regular
basis and for accounts that have German Roaches.
We also provide other services on a one time agreement for the
following pests:
*Bees: Yellow Jackets, European Hornets, Bald Faced Hornets and
Paper Wasp
*Rats: Norway Rats, Roof Rats and Field Mice
*Fleas
*Fire Ants
• One Time Services are provided for customers who do not
wish to have an annual service plan and for Services such as Bees
and Fleas. Rodent jobs are usually set up on a three or four service
plan.
